Sour Cream Icing

Here is the recipe for the sourdough cookies. This works well on all types of sugar cookies and gingersnaps.

Sour Cream Icing

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, soft
3 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and slowly beat in sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add milk if too thick. Add food coloring if desired.
